Menu – March 22-28

The photo above is of one of my favorite meals. In the large bowl is Lobia, an Indian black-eyed pea stew. In the small bowl are cauliflower and green beans spiced up with lots of ginger and other Indian spices. And, then there is the salad, of course. This meal is included in this week’s menu. When I cook, I cook extra and freeze in individual portions. Here is my Lobia packed up for the freezer. Those are pint freezer-safe canning jars.
