This is a scaled down version of Rip’s Sweet Potato Bowl recipe on the Engine 2 website. This version satisfies all the requirements of the Bright Line weight loss breakfast.
- 1 grain = 4 ounces sweet potato
- 1 protein = 6 ounces black beans
- 1 fruit = 6 ounces fresh cut-up mango
Mix those all in a bowl and squeeze 1/2 a lemon over the top. Delicious!
